“Where do I start to sing the praises of Michael Q and Oxygen Express? I needed two units for a road trip, and from start to finish, Michael’s customer service was top notch and the equipment was clean and functioning well. Michael worked with me until I was comfortable with the tubing, settings and controls and also made a special trip to my home, around dinnertime no less, to bring me a new shoulder strap for the unit I had rented, just before I left town.
When Oxygen Express says they are available 24/7, they mean it. I was leaving on a two-week road trip and had rented both a pulse-dose concentrator as well as a continuous-flow concentrator from Oxygen Express. I did have one snafu with the pulse-dose unit and called Michael late in the evening while I was on the road, and he answered promptly and walked me through what to do. We got the machine going again and I continued on my vacation without a hitch.

“I would recommend this business to any and ALL that require portable oxygen needs! My mother had an unfortunate accident while visiting me last month, June 2022, and we were frantically trying to locate a portable oxygen concentrator unit at very short notice. She and my father were due to get on a 6-hour flight to go back home, and we had 2 days to find this portable unit! Our wonderful nursing case managers at BID in Plymouth located Michael Quinlan and his business Oxygen Express, and put us in contact with him. He went out of his way to drive all the way from NH to Quincy, MA and met us so we could pick up the unit. He was patient, and showed us how to use the unit ~ he was so accommodating, and we are so grateful! “If I could give this man and his company 10 stars, I would. We were in Bethlehem (northern NH”) on a Saturday evening, bringing my elderly in-laws home, when one of them apparently knocked over the portable oxygen concentrator in their room, and the low oxygen alarm came on. We called the 1-800 number for the “big company” but couldn’t get through. my father in law thought he was getting oxygen and we thought maybe it was just a malfunction and we tried the recommended steps to clear the error. In desperation I found Oxygen Express’s number and called it – and Michael picked up the phone after 2 rings. After describing the problem – he knew all about the machine- he explained that we needed to take the alarm seriously even if it seemed like oxygen was coming out. We then checked my father in law’s pulse ox and it wasn’t great, so we called 911 and the (incredibly awesome) Bethlehem EMTs arrived and gave us a tank to get us through (vs being raced off to the hospital) until we had a solution to get home. We then called Michael back – now it’s 11pm – and he answered on two rings again! His promptness in answering and his expertise prevented us from being dumb and waiting any longer to call for help. We are very grateful and recommend you give his company your business because he will answer the phone and help you in an emergency. Two thumbs up!”
